# PERPLAY APP

<figure><img src="/files/A7gk1kgbI6G8SiK8xCtZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

PERPLAY is the world’s first Game and Earn Platform that will revolutionize your game time.\
\
The name PERPLAY reflects our vision to maximize the value of your gameplay experience.\
More specifically, the name signifies "rewards PER hour of gameplay" or "/", as well as an indicator of investment value. On PERPLAY, you can obtain $XPER and $PER tokens for any game you play.&#x20;

You can use these tokens to upgrade, repair, and breed NFTs, as well as convert $XPER and $PER into external coins through the in-app wallet and then convert them into cash through an exchange.\
\
Unlike other P2E apps that only reward you for playing certain games, on PERPLAY, you can earn coins by playing any game you want. PERPLAY's biggest advantage is that you can play games that you enjoy while mining coins simultaneously.

Please note: PERPLAY is currently in the development stage so the content of the whitepaper may change in the future.

# The Birth of a Gamer’s Dream

Hardcore gamers, that’s what we are. We enjoy playing games so much that playing games for several hours a day is just routine. We play whenever we can, wherever we are. We play while we’re on the move, on the bus, or on the subway. We play while waiting for a friend, drinking coffee, lying in bed before bedtime, or even while doing our business in the bathroom.

We’ve teleported from the Middle Ages to the future. We’ve won countless battles, saved princesses in distress, and maintained world peace. We’ve searched far and wide not only for soccer, baseball, or sports fields but also for racing tracks all over the world.

I played games because I was bored, because it was fun. I played games to kill time. I played games for the records, for competition, or just out of habit.

In the games I have played, I was a general, a hero, a wizard, a superstar. There are a lot of memories I won’t ever forget.

In reality, we are ordinary people who like computers, having friends, and having fun. We are a community of early adopters, rational, and smart. And, of course, we are incredibly good at games.

I recall the movie “Ready Player One” which left an impression on me. It was about us, and it reminds us that the Metaverse future isn’t far away. I know this because we make history as we go about different metaverse worlds every day.

Blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFT, metaverse, AI, these are the hot trends these days, you name it. And these are all even technologies that can be perfectly harnessed in games. Come to think of it; nothing has global influence as much as games. Games are among the most developed cultural carriers where IT technologies are integrated.

And so, it became a dream of mine to create a project for gamers, by gamers.

Even at this moment, many gamers are creating history in the vast world of metaverse games. Game time is very precious. And I made it my mission to make this game time more valuable.

Eureka! I have found the answer in Web3 technology.

<figure><img src="/files/ig7AiCezaLPHJKgy1h4b" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

With web3 technology, users can seamlessly turn the time and effort invested in the game into assets they own, with recognizable value, and can be converted into real-world currency.

This is how PERPLAY was born. You can enjoy your favorite games and get rewarded for the amount of time that you invested.

PERPLAY is the world’s 1st Game & Earn platform backed by web3 technology.

# A Symbiotic Approach to Making PERPLAY Sustainable

“Mutualism” would be the word if we were to encapsulate PERPLAY’s core essence into one keyword. PERPLAY’s mission is to create an ecosystem where everyone benefits, be a platform for gamers that provides “fun”, “achievement”, and “wealth” and a platform for game developers that provides “user acquisition” and “loyalty”.

The idea of creating a simple token mining P2E project never occurred to us since the beginning. What a disgrace it would be to our lifetime careers if 40 game development, platform development, and service experts with decades of experience come together just to create a pyramid scheme! We felt the need to redefine the value of our precious game users and create a global game ecosystem that would allow game developers and users to grow together, hence the “mutualistic” approach.

<figure><img src="/files/ZAIZqhvZ1tDeLhTNgXC3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **The Hurdle to User Acquisition Just Keeps Getting Higher** <a href="#c691" id="c691"></a>

The gaming market is the world’s largest entertainment industry and has been steadily growing for decades. According to the 2022 Global Games Market [Report](https://newzoo.com/resources/blog/the-games-market-will-show-strong-resilence-in-2022) released by Newzoo, the market is worth $198.6 million, of which $103.5 billion (53%) is from the mobile game market, with 3.2 billion users. Google Play Store has over 500,000 games, and hundreds of games are released every day.

The general trend is positive, with forecasts pointing to market growth of $227.5 billion by 2025, despite the slightly sluggish growth in app installs.

Meanwhile, annual global spending on User Acquisition Cost (UAC) by game companies is continuously rising to billions of dollars to attract users. Game companies are paying significant CPI costs on game ads. These are the ads we usually see in search engines, on Facebook, on Twitter, and even in-game that aim to hook users and for developers to constantly develop their games. According to AppsFlyer, the world’s mobile game companies spent [$26.7 billion](https://www.appsflyer.com/company/newsroom/pr/gaming-app-marketing-2023/) on UA costs in 2022 alone. In the Korean gaming scene, the Cost Per Install (CPI) for mobile games is $13.9, according to a [whitepaper](https://app2top.ru/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/SocialPeta-H1-2022-Global-Mobile-Game-Marketing-White-Paper_En_compressed-2.pdf) published in 2022 by SocialPeta.

### **Introducing PERPLAY for BIZ** <a href="#id-926d" id="id-926d"></a>

The most important thing in tokenomics is the balance between supply and demand. We think of game users and game companies as symbiotic to each other. PERPLAY has designed a *diverse demand-supply structure* and *tech trees* to implement tokenomics based on the demand-supply of game users and game developers. This structure is in stark contrast to the one adopted by project S and project A in our previous article, which relies on the influx of new users to sustain itself.

To make this possible, PERPLAY will provide a marketing platform for game companies. ‘PERPLAY for BIZ’ will target game users as a UA platform that will more efficiently and more effectively help companies conduct not only CPI campaigns but also provide measurement capabilities such as CPA (Cost Per Action) campaigns that will measure daily check-in events, level achievement events, among many others.

Shani Rosenfelder, Director of Market Insights at [AppsFlyer](https://www.appsflyer.com/company/newsroom/pr/gaming-app-marketing-2023/), notes that “…\[year] 2023 will be a time that marketers, developers, and studios will need to overcome challenges to adopt highly-focused, efficient strategies for attracting and inspiring loyal, valuable players.“ We believe PERPLAY for BIZ has come just at the perfect time when the market needs it.

# Prepare to Play

First, download the PERPLAY app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install it on your device.

**Sign up for PERPLAY**\
Open the PERPLAY app, click 'Sign In with Google,' then select the Google account you want to use and log in to PERPLAY.

<figure><img src="/files/Mc2MN4xIT0iydHfIjnaF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Create a New Wallet**\
PERPLAY allows EVM wallet creation in-app.

Tap 'Wallet' at the top left of the screen, then press 'Create a New Wallet' to create a wallet.\
After entering a 6-digit password and completing the verification process, a set of 12 'Recovery Words' will appear. The 'Recovery Words' are used to restore your wallet if the app is removed or reinstalled.

**Very Important !!** - When creating an EVM wallet, it is essential to store the 'Recovery Words' in a secure place. It is recommended to record and store them physically in a location accessible only to you. Using methods such as screen captures on a PC or mobile device, saving them in an email, or storing them in files can leave you vulnerable to hacking incidents.

<figure><img src="/files/mf0sFOS479gowlG8Cxsn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Transfer ARB coins to the in-app wallet.**\
You can purchase NFTs in the marketplace by transferring ARB coins to the in-app wallet. Transferring ARB coins requires chain usage fees (gas fees), so you must always maintain a certain amount of ETH (Arbitrum One) in your wallet.

<figure><img src="/files/jw2o0IUc8RXpTqYxzKgS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Buy Vehicles**\
Go to the marketplace and select your vehicle. The filter tool makes it easier to find your preferred vehicle type. Make sure you have enough ARB for your purchase.

# Gameplay

**Game Library**

<figure><img src="/files/R5QyWZUlk1Bro8cJjWET" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

PERPLAY is an app that allows you to play any game you want and get rewarded for it.

When you enter the Add Game menu, you will see a list of all the games installed on your device. You can add any of them to PERPLAY’s Library.

You can play games in the Library whenever there is Power available to spend.

**Gameplay**

<figure><img src="/files/u8c44oc30xtQIxLwRKv1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Select one of the games registered in the Library and start playing. PERPLAY accurately measures your gameplay time and rewards you with our patented Proof-of-Play certificates technology.

For every minute of playtime, one Power is spent and XPER tokens are awarded. The amount of XPER you receive increases if you have a higher Speed Stat. Some games may also award PER tokens.

As Power is consumed, your Main Vehicle’s Condition decreases and its Mileage increases. To play and earn at full potential, you need to keep your Vehicle’s Condition and Mileage under control through Repair and Restoration.

**Special Games**

<figure><img src="/files/uPGi45phOe5cLbpknZmQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Special and Recommended games, handpicked by PERPLAY, offer even more rewards.

The fundamental planning and direction of PERPLAY revolve around the symbiotic relationship between gamers and game developers.

Special Games arise from the marketing activities of game companies, being variably implemented according to the conditions set by the latter. In essence, the allocation of rewards, the selection of users, and the specific game in question are all determined based on the budget and objectives stipulated by the game companies.

Consequently, the PERPLAY team does not have prior knowledge regarding which games will appear as Special Games, nor when, or with what rewards – lending to a diversity in campaign durations, recipient numbers, and token reward magnitudes.

(Note that, depending on the campaign, the number of recipients and quantity of tokens distributed daily may be limited, thereby potentially leading to a sell-out in advance.)

# NFT

Users can equip NFT vehicles, play games, and earn XPER/PER tokens. Before you can acquire XPER/PER from NFTs, you will need Power. Always make sure you have power before playing since you can't get tokens if you have 0 power.

Each game has a set amount of XPER and PER that can be acquired.\
Each token can be obtained by using at least 1 Power. (1 pow = 1 minute)\
Each PERPLAY user gets 10 Base POW by default.\
Base POW increases with the number of NFT vehicles you have.\
Higher rated NFT vehicles have more POW\
\
If you acquire a new NFT vehicle, the Base POW will increase from 00:00 the next day.

<figure><img src="/files/a8BZXaGFsEXrP6tFE5Zs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## XPER Mining Formula

**Mining XPER = CampaignValue \* (ParameterSpd + ParameterLvBonus) \* ParameterVehicleType \* ParameterCondition \* ParameterMileage**

* CampaignValue = XPER reward quantity set for the campaign
* ParameterSpd = Adjustment value based on the Speed stat of the main vehicle (#1 reference)
* ParameterLvBonus = Adjustment value based on the number of vehicles owned at levels 40, 45,and above (#2 reference)
* ParameterVehicleType = Adjustment value based on the vehicle type of the main vehicle
* ParameterCondition = Adjustment value based on the condition status of the main vehicle
* ParameterMileage = Adjustment value based on the mileage status of the main vehicle

\#1. **ParameterSpd**

<figure><img src="/files/aV2cUFsnpoYL6OFvk1Wz" alt="" width="462"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

\#2. **ParameterLvBonus**

The following values are assigned based on NFT grade and level, and the sum of the values of all owned NFTs becomes ParameterLvBonus.

|  Level | Normal | Rare | Elite | Epic |
| :----: | :----: | :--: | :---: | :--: |
| 40\~44 |  0.05  |  0.1 |  0.15 |  0.2 |
| 45\~49 |   0.1  | 0.15 |  0.2  | 0.25 |
|   50   |  0.15  |  0.2 |  0.25 |  0.3 |

## The formula for calculating repair and restoration costs

**\[Repair]**

**Repair XPER = VehicleValue \* ParameterDur \* ParameterLvBonus \* ParameterVehicleType**

* VehicleValue = Base repair cost determined by the grade and level of the target NFT to be repaired
* ParameterDur = Adjustment value based on the durability stat of the target NFT to be repaired\
  (#1 reference)
* ParameterLvBonus = Repair cost reduction bonus given when the target NFT to be repaired is level 15 or higher (currently 10%)
* ParameterVehicleType = Adjustment value based on the vehicle type of the target NFT to be repaired

**\[Restoration]**

**Restore XPER = VehicleValue \* ParameterDur \* ParameterVehicleType**

* VehicleValue = Base restoration cost determined by the grade and level of the target NFT to be restored
* ParameterDur = Adjustment value based on the durability stat of the target NFT to be restored
* ParameterVehicleType = Adjustment value based on the vehicle type of the target NFT to be restored

\#1. **ParameterDur**

As the durability stat increases, initially, the rate of decrease is rapid, but it gradually decreases over time.

# Stats

Each Vehicle is characterized by four Stats or attributes: Speed, Luck, Energy, and Durability.

<figure><img src="/files/uFRu6Us19ZzdOjCQqboN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<table><thead><tr><th width="126">Stat</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Speed</td><td>Speed directly impacts the amount of XPER tokens earned through gameplay. Higher Speed results in more XPER earned.</td></tr><tr><td>Luck</td><td>Luck affects the likelihood of earning Special Boxes during gameplay and their quality. Higher Luck increases the chances of obtaining high-level Special Boxes. For more information, visit the <a href="/pages/BBCHea7KawHCAaQTCu1y">[Special Box Page]</a>.</td></tr><tr><td>Energy</td><td>Energy determines Extra Power (POW), allowing continued gameplay and earnings even after depleting Base Power. A higher Energy Stat provides more Extra POW, enabling longer playtimes. For more information, visit the <a href="/pages/w3PxbTzXPSuWoHLJj1Qj">[Power page]</a>.</td></tr><tr><td>Durability</td><td>Durability influences Repair and Restoration fees, both crucial for maintaining a Vehicle’s mining efficiency, which can worsen with prolonged use. Higher Durability leads to reduced costs for repairing a Vehicle’s Condition and lowering its Mileage through Restoration.</td></tr></tbody></table>

A Vehicle’s Stats consist of two components: Base and Modified. Base Stats are the unchangeable values a Vehicle possesses upon generation. They are referenced when calculating Stat increases from Gems and when listing Vehicles on the Market.

The Grade and Type of a Vehicle determine the range of Base Stats. Each Base Stat is randomly selected within this range during Vehicle generation.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="118"></th><th></th><th width="130"></th><th width="138"></th><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Types</td><td>Stats</td><td>Normal</td><td>Rare</td><td>Elite</td><td>Epic</td></tr><tr><td>SUV</td><td>Speed</td><td>2.0–7.9</td><td>8.0–14.9</td><td>15.0–29.9</td><td>27.5-41.1</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Luck</td><td>2.0–7.9</td><td>8.0–14.9</td><td>15.0–29.9</td><td>27.5-41.1</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Energy</td><td>2.0–7.9</td><td>8.0–14.9</td><td>15.0–29.9</td><td>27.5-41.1</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Durability</td><td>4.0–15.8</td><td>16.0–29.8</td><td>30.0–59.8</td><td>44.0-65.8</td></tr><tr><td>Off-Road</td><td>Speed</td><td>3.0–11.8</td><td>12.0–22.3</td><td>22.5–44.8</td><td>33.0-49.3</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Luck</td><td>4.0–15.8</td><td>16.0–29.8</td><td>30.0–59.8</td><td>44.0-65.8</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Energy</td><td>3.0–11.8</td><td>12.0–22.3</td><td>22.5–44.8</td><td>33.0-49.3</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Durability</td><td>2.5–9.8</td><td>10.0–18.6</td><td>18.7–37.3</td><td>27.5-41.1</td></tr><tr><td>Sedan</td><td>Speed</td><td>4.0–15.8</td><td>16.0–29.8</td><td>30.0–59.8</td><td>44.0-65.8</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Luck</td><td>3.0–11.8</td><td>12.0–22.3</td><td>22.5–44.8</td><td>33.0-49.3</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Energy</td><td>3.0–11.8</td><td>12.0–22.3</td><td>22.5–44.8</td><td>33.0-49.3</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Durability</td><td>2.5–9.8</td><td>10.0–18.6</td><td>18.7–37.3</td><td>27.5-41.1</td></tr><tr><td>Sports </td><td>Speed</td><td>4.0–15.8</td><td>16.0–29.8</td><td>30.0–59.8</td><td>44.0-65.8</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Luck</td><td>4.0–15.8</td><td>16.0–29.8</td><td>30.0–59.8</td><td>44.0-65.8</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Energy</td><td>4.0–15.8</td><td>16.0–29.8</td><td>30.0–59.8</td><td>44.0-65.8</td></tr><tr><td></td><td>Durability</td><td>2.0–7.9</td><td>8.0–14.9</td><td>15.0–29.9</td><td>22.0-32.9</td></tr></tbody></table>

Modified Stats include the increased values from assigned Stat Points (bonus Stats earned through each level-up) and mounted Gems. Refer to the [\[Level page\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level) for Stats that can be raised through [\[level-up\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level) and the [\[Gems page\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/item/gems) for Statistics that can be enhanced by Gems.

Your final Stats encompass the total Modified Stats of your Main Vehicle and the additional bonuses from your other Vehicle’s Modified Stats. Changing your Main Vehicle also alters your final Stats, impacting all activities in PERPLAY.

* Your Main Vehicle’s Modified Stats are applied at 100%, while only parts of your other Vehicle's Stats are applied (Normal 10%, Rare 15%, Elite 20%).
* The final Stats are capped by your Main Vehicle’s Grade, not exceeding a specific percentage of its Modified Stats (Normal 110%, Rare 115%, Elite 120%).
* Changing the Main Vehicle also affects your Extra Power value, influencing your mining efficiency and allowed playtime.

&#x20;

# Type (Vehicle Types)

<figure><img src="/files/SvPNDno9TWKHV7gFnTHM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Vehicle NFTs are categorized into four Types: SUV, Off-road, Sedan, and Sports.\
Each Type of Vehicles has different characteristics that affect maintenance costs, the quality of Special Boxes, and the amount of XPER mined.

<table><thead><tr><th width="130">NFT Type</th><th>Maintenance Costs</th><th>Special Box Quality</th><th>XPER Mining</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>SUV</td><td><strong>Low</strong></td><td>Medium</td><td>Medium</td></tr><tr><td>OFF ROAD</td><td>Medium</td><td><strong>High</strong></td><td>Medium</td></tr><tr><td>SEDAN</td><td>Medium</td><td>Medium</td><td><strong>High</strong></td></tr><tr><td>SPORTS</td><td>Medium</td><td><strong>High</strong></td><td><strong>High</strong></td></tr></tbody></table>

First, each Vehicle Type receives bonuses to the Base Stats.

<table><thead><tr><th width="130">NFT Type</th><th>Speed</th><th>Luck</th><th>Energy</th><th>Durability</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>SUV</td><td>Low</td><td>Low</td><td>Low</td><td>High</td></tr><tr><td>OFF ROAD</td><td>Medium</td><td>High</td><td>Medium</td><td>Low</td></tr><tr><td>SEDAN</td><td>High</td><td>Medium</td><td>Medium</td><td>Low</td></tr><tr><td>SPORTS</td><td>High</td><td>High</td><td>High</td><td>Very low</td></tr></tbody></table>

Then, additional modifiers are applied to differentiate each Type further.

<table><thead><tr><th width="219">Feature</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Base Stats</td><td>A Vehicle’s Base Stats are determined within a random range set per Grade, with higher Grade granting higher numbers.</td></tr><tr><td>Number of Stat Points</td><td>Vehicles receive a set number of Stat Points on each level-up. The higher a Vehicle’s Grade, the more Points it gets when it levels up.</td></tr><tr><td>Ownership Bonus Cap</td><td>The higher your Main Vehicle’s Grade, the limit of the Ownership Bonuses from your other Vehicles increases.</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Grade (Vehicle Grades)

Vehicle NFTs are categorized into five Grades: Normal, Rare, Elite, Epic, and Ultimate.

<figure><img src="/files/29n64mIUyEULBRMreW6M" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Grades represent the rarity of NFTs and give the following differences:

<table><thead><tr><th width="220">Feature</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Base Stats</td><td>A Vehicle’s Base Stats are determined within a random range set per Grade, with higher Grade granting higher numbers.</td></tr><tr><td>Number of Stat Points</td><td>Vehicles receive a set number of Stat Points on each level-up.

# Level

<figure><img src="/files/COp2GmDhKrErap3gE7bs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Vehicle NFTs start at Level 1 and can be leveled up to Level 50. You can increase a Vehicle’s level by spending XPER and PER tokens, and specific items for certain levels.&#x20;

Each level-up grants Stat Points that can be allocated to basic attributes (Speed, Luck, Energy, and Durability). Higher-Grade Vehicles earn more Stat Points per level.

<table><thead><tr><th width="309">Vehicle Grade</th><th width="112">Normal</th><th width="117">Rare</th><th width="106">Elite</th><th>Epic</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Stat Points earned at each level-up</td><td>4</td><td>6</td><td>8</td><td>10</td></tr></tbody></table>

The tokens and Level-up Parts required for each level-up depend on the Vehicle’s Grade and its current level. Refer to the tables(click link) below for the specific requirements at each level for different Grades.

[**\[Normal\]**](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level/normal-requirement-for-level-up) **/** [**\[Rare\]**](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level/rare-requirement-for-level-up) **/** [**\[Elite\]**](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level/elite-requirement-for-level-up) **/** [**\[Epic\]**](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level/epic-requirement-for-level-up)

The level-up process takes time, but you can shorten it by spending XPER. While leveling up, certain activities are restricted, including:

* Initiating a new level-up process
* Transferring the leveling Vehicle to your Wallet
* Listing the leveling Vehicle on the in-app Market
* Breeding with the leveling Vehicle as a Parent
* Evolving the leveling Vehicle

The time and XPER cost to speed up the process are determined by the Vehicle’s level, not its Grade. Instantly finishing the level-up process requires 1 XPER per remaining minute. The table below provides a summary of the XPER cost and time for each level-up process.

[**\[Level-up time / Cost for instant Level-up\]**](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level/level-up-time-cost-for-instant-level-up)

All Vehicles, regardless of Grade, gain additional features at every five levels.

# Gem Sockets

<figure><img src="/files/lPpjGnQelFz4zSbltwiS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Every Vehicle NFT has four Gem Sockets in which you can mount a Gem.

Gem Sockets can have one of four colors: red, green, yellow, or blue, and the color of each Socket is randomly determined when a Vehicle is created. Vehicles can have multiple Sockets with the same color.

The Sockets are initially locked and cannot be equipped with Gems, but each time the Vehicle reaches a certain level, one gets unlocked and available to mount a Gem. For more details about level-up process, refer to the [\[Level page\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/level).

Each Socket can only be mounted with a Gem of color that matches the color of the Socket.

<table><thead><tr><th width="168">Socket Color</th><th>Effect When Mounted</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><mark style="color:red;">Red</mark></td><td>Vehicle’s Base Speed increases by N%.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:green;">Green</mark></td><td>Vehicle’s Base Luck increases by N%.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:yellow;">Yellow</mark></td><td>Vehicle’s Base Energy increases by N%.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:blue;">Blue</mark></td><td>Vehicle’s Base Durability increases by N%.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Vehicles have a Plus Mark which can be used as a special Gem Socket of rainbow color in addition to the four basic Gem Sockets. It is opened at the initial state, and a Rainbow Gem Socket can be freely mounted with a Gem of any color. The Gem in the Rainbow Socket will have a twice effect value than the original one.&#x20;

# Condition

<figure><img src="/files/jtRSBfNYkgCKHm7Dz6fV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

All Vehicle NFTs have a property called Condition, which initially starts at 100.

Each time you play a game and spend Power, the Condition of your Main Vehicle decreases.

The Vehicle’s Condition Status changes based on its current Condition value. The following penalties are incurred when the status changes.

<table><thead><tr><th width="161">Status</th><th>Effects</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Fine</td><td>No penalties and The vehicle is at full performance</td></tr><tr><td>Caution</td><td>Slightly reduced amount of XPER obtained through gameplay</td></tr><tr><td>Warning</td><td>Significantly reduced amount of XPER obtained through gameplay<br>Cannot earn PER through gameplay</td></tr><tr><td>Destroyed</td><td>Cannot earn XPER and PER through gameplay</td></tr></tbody></table>

Therefore, in order to always keep your Vehicle at full performance, you need to manage its Condition.

You can repair your Vehicle with an XPER fee to recover its Condition. A high Durability Stat lets you pay less XPER on Repair.

# Mileage

<figure><img src="/files/4h4DRn1Pr97CVkYNpT38" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Playing games and spending POW increases the Mileage of your Main Vehicle.&#x20;

1\) Overall

* It starts at 0 kilometers and continues to increase unless you perform a Restoration.&#x20;
* The maximum Mileage varies depending on the Vehicle’s Grade. Although higher-Grade Vehicles gain more Mileage per POW spent, they allow you to use more POW without Restoration because they have much greater maximum Mileage values.

<table><thead><tr><th width="347">Mileage factors</th><th>Normal</th><th>Rare</th><th>Elite</th><th>Epic</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Maximum Mileage (km)</td><td>100,000</td><td>140,000</td><td>180,000</td><td>200,000</td></tr><tr><td>Mileage increased per 1 POW usage (km)</td><td>100</td><td>110</td><td>120</td><td>130</td></tr><tr><td>POW you can spend up to the maximum Mileage</td><td>1,000</td><td>1,273</td><td>1,500</td><td>1,538</td></tr></tbody></table>

2\) Mileage Status and Penalties

The status of your Vehicle’s Mileage changes based on its current Mileage value. Here are the different status categories and the penalties on XPER and PER mining output associated with them:

<table><thead><tr><th width="199">Mileage Status</th><th width="103">Normal</th><th width="104">Rare</th><th width="103">Elite</th><th width="106">Epic</th><th>Efficiency</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Fine (0 to 50%)</td><td>0-49,999</td><td>0-69,999</td><td>0-89,999</td><td> 0-99,999</td><td></td></tr><tr><td>Caution (50 to 90%)</td><td>50000-89,999</td><td>70,000-125,999</td><td>90,000-161,999</td><td>100,000-179,999</td><td>50%</td></tr><tr><td>Warning (90 to 100%)</td><td>90,000-99,000</td><td>126,000-139,999</td><td>162,000-179,999</td><td>180,000-199,999</td><td>10%</td></tr><tr><td>Destroyed(100%)</td><td>100,000</td><td>140,000</td><td>180,000</td><td>200,000</td><td>Cannot earn</td></tr></tbody></table>

* Once repeat, when your Vehicle is in Warning status, it produces only 10% of tokens.&#x20;

To maintain your Vehicle’s performance, managing its Mileage is crucial. You can reduce the Mileage by restoring your Vehicle, which requires an XPER fee and Restoration Parts. For more information on Restoration Parts, refer to the [\[Items page\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/item).

The type of Restoration Parts needed depends on the Vehicle's Grade. Each Restoration Parts item reduces the Mileage by 10,000 kilometers, and the XPER cost per item is determined by the Vehicle's Grade, Type, level, and final modified Durability.

# Vehicle Boxes

<figure><img src="/files/q97ny6ZZMWMKzlrrK4zU" alt=""><figcaption><p>&#x3C; Genesis Mystery Box and Other Vehicle Box images ></p></figcaption></figure>

When Breeding is carried out, you can obtain a Vehicle Box. This box contains information about both parents before it's opened. After opening, you can find the information about the newly acquired Vehicle in the "Breeding Count – Detail" button, which shows the Breeding Count and related information. If you own the parent NFT, clicking on it will take you to the detail screen of the NFT in your inventory, and if you don't own it, you won't be able to see the details.

<figure><img src="/files/bEXoSQiCebxXb8t87Ty6" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Each Vehicle Box's inherent Color is determined by the grades of both parents. Each Color in the box corresponds to a predetermined probability of the grade of the NFT that will appear when the box is opened. Information such as Type, Base stat, Plus mark, and others are probabilistically determined based on the information possessed by both parents.

As the Breeding Count of both parents increases, there's a possibility of applying a Polishing effect that enhances the chance of obtaining a higher grade in the resulting Vehicle Box. This Vehicle Box will possess the Polished attribute and will have a distinct image as shown in the illustration above of this page. The probabilities of obtaining NFTs of different grades from each Color of Vehicle Box, including the Polished attribute, can be found in the [\[Vehicle Box Grade Table\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/vehicle-boxes/vehicle-box-grade-table).

{% endcontent-ref %}

Additionally, the Breeding Count of both parents will also affect the Breeding cost. In other words, as the total Breeding Count increases, you will need to pay a higher Breeding cost.

# Box Color Probability Table

Box colors are probabilistically determined based on the grades of the parents, as shown in the table below:

<table><thead><tr><th width="128">Parents 1</th><th width="134">Parents 2</th><th>Silver Box</th><th>Green Box</th><th>Blue Box</th><th>Orange Box</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Normal</td><td>Normal</td><td>100%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Normal</td><td>Rare</td><td>55%</td><td>45%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Normal</td><td>Elite</td><td>45%</td><td>35%</td><td>20%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Normal</td><td>Epic</td><td>40%</td><td>30%</td><td>25%</td><td>5%</td></tr><tr><td>Rare</td><td>Rare</td><td>0%</td><td>100%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Rare</td><td>Elite</td><td>0%</td><td>60%</td><td>40%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Rare</td><td>Epic</td><td>0%</td><td>45%</td><td>35%</td><td>20%</td></tr><tr><td>Elite</td><td>Elite</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td><td>100%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Elite</td><td>Epic</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td><td>60%</td><td>40%</td></tr><tr><td>Epic</td><td>Epic</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td><td>100%</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Vehicle Type Probability Table

The color of the box is probabilistically determined by the parent's type as shown in the table below.

<table><thead><tr><th width="126">Parents 1</th><th>Parents 2</th><th>SUV</th><th>Off-road</th><th>Sedan</th><th>Sports</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>SUV</td><td>SUV</td><td>90.0%</td><td>4.5%</td><td>4.5%</td><td>1.0%</td></tr><tr><td>SUV</td><td>Off-road</td><td>70.0%</td><td>25.0%</td><td>4.0%</td><td>1.0%</td></tr><tr><td>SUV</td><td>Sedan</td><td>70.0%</td><td>4.0%</td><td>25.0%</td><td>1.0%</td></tr><tr><td>SUV</td><td>Sports</td><td>70.0%</td><td>7.5%</td><td>7.5%</td><td>15.0%</td></tr><tr><td>Off-road</td><td>Off-road</td><td>20.0%</td><td>70.0%</td><td>9.0%</td><td>1.0%</td></tr><tr><td>Off-road</td><td>Sedan</td><td>20.0%</td><td>39.5%</td><td>39.5%</td><td>1.0%</td></tr><tr><td>Off-road</td><td>Sports</td><td>20.0%</td><td>57.5%</td><td>7.5%</td><td>15.0%</td></tr><tr><td>Sedan</td><td>Sedan</td><td>20.0%</td><td>9.0%</td><td>70.0%</td><td>1.0%</td></tr><tr><td>Sedan</td><td>Sports</td><td>20.0%</td><td>7.5%</td><td>57.5%</td><td>15.0%</td></tr><tr><td>Sports</td><td>Sports</td><td>20.0%</td><td>15.0%</td><td>15.0%</td><td>50.0%</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Socket Color Probability Table

<figure><img src="/files/kfDOqGDiNOsdy3g4xOO4" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>&#x3C;Example - sockets comparison between two vehicle></p></figcaption></figure>

The four sockets of the Vehicle NFT acquired through breeding are determined sequentially and correspondingly based on the four sockets of both parents. In other words, the color of the baby NFT's first socket is determined by comparing the colors of both parents' first sockets, and the second socket is influenced only by the colors of both parents' second sockets. The probability applied varies based on whether the colors of each socket in both parents are the same or not. Below is an example:

* When both parents' second socket colors are the same -red,

|        |     |
| ------ | --- |
| Red    | 70% |
| Yellow | 10% |
| Green  | 10% |
| Blue   | 10% |

* When the second socket colors of both parents are different - red and yellow,

| Color  | Probablity |
| ------ | ---------- |
| Red    | 40%        |
| Yellow | 40%        |
| Green  | 10%        |
| Blue   | 10%        |

# Vehicle Box Grade Table

<figure><img src="/files/c61jrLpHQQRmMy5vUJ1g" alt=""><figcaption><p>&#x3C;Vehicle Boxes></p></figcaption></figure>

Each box's NFT grade that is obtained is influenced by the Color and whether it is Polished or not.

<table><thead><tr><th width="154">Box Color</th><th>Polished</th><th>Normal</th><th>Rare</th><th>Elite</th><th>Epic</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Silver</td><td>None</td><td>100%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Silver</td><td>Added</td><td>80%</td><td>20%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Green</td><td>None</td><td>65%</td><td>35%</td><td>0%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Green</td><td>Added</td><td>45%</td><td>40%</td><td>15%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Blue</td><td>None</td><td>30%</td><td>40%</td><td>30%</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Blue</td><td>Added</td><td>10%</td><td>45%</td><td>45%</td><td>2%</td></tr><tr><td>Orange</td><td>None</td><td>5%</td><td>35%</td><td>35%</td><td>25%</td></tr><tr><td>Orange</td><td>Added</td><td>0%</td><td>25%</td><td>35%</td><td>40%</td></tr></tbody></table>

Furthermore, The total breeding count of the parent NFTs determines the drop rate of Polished Box.

| Total Breeding Count of the Parent Vehicle | Drop rate of Polished Box |

# Power (POW)

You spend Power to play games and earn rewards. Each minute of gameplay requires 1 Power, meaning that having more Power allows you to play for longer and earn greater rewards.

&#x20;Power consists of two components: Bast Power and Extra Power. Base Power is consumed first, and when it is depleted, Extra Power comes into play.

<figure><img src="/files/IzhsVOpIpTRYEjWrja1N" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Base Power**

You start with a Base Power of 10, regardless of whether you own a Vehicle or not. As you acquire more Vehicle NFTs, each Vehicle contributes to the total Base Power. Higher-Grade Vehicles contribute more significantly. The maximum value for Base Power is 150.

<table><thead><tr><th width="307">Grade</th><th>Normal</th><th>Rare</th><th>Elite</th><th>Epic</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Base Power increase per Vehicle</td><td>10</td><td>13</td><td>16</td><td>19</td></tr></tbody></table>

**Extra Power**

Extra Power is influenced by your Energy attribute. For every 8 Energy points, you gain 1 Extra Power. The final Energy value is determined by the Energy of your Main Vehicle plus any Ownership Bonuses derived from other Vehicles. Refer to [**\[Stat\]**](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/nft/stats) page for additional details on Ownership Bonuses. The maximum value for Extra Power is 90.

If you change your Main Vehicle, the value of Extra Power will adjust accordingly based on your current Energy.

**Charging Power**

Power replenishes over time according to the following rules:

<table><thead><tr><th width="147">Category</th><th>Charging Method</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Base Power</td><td>Every day at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00, 25% of your Base Power maximum is recharged (UTC).</td></tr><tr><td>Extra Power</td><td>Every day at 00:00, Extra Power is charged to full (UTC).</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Setting the Main Vehicle

You need to choose one of the Vehicles you own as the Main Vehicle. The Main Vehicle is your primary vessel, to which the following rules are applied:

<table><thead><tr><th width="213">Feature</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Stat applied fully</td><td>Your Main Vehicle’s Stats are fully applied to the final numbers when calculating Stat effects. Thus, it is important to grow your Main Vehicle first.</td></tr><tr><td>Ownership Bonus cap</td><td>The higher your Main Vehicle’s Grade, the limit of the Ownership Bonuses from your other Vehicles increases.</td></tr><tr><td>Condition decrease</td><td>Each time you play a game and spend Power, the Condition of your Main Vehicle decreases.</td></tr><tr><td>Mileage increase</td><td>Each time you play a game and spend Power, the Mileage of your Main Vehicle increases.</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Breeding

<figure><img src="/files/kbScMti6bYW35NBM6Q27" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Breeding is the act of acquiring a new Vehicle Box by taking two Vehicles as Parents.

To breed, you must first select two of your Vehicles as Parents. You cannot select the following Vehicles as Parents:

* A Vehicle that has been selected as a Parent for a Breeding within the last 72 hours
* A Vehicle that has been minted less than 72 hours ago
* A Vehicle whose level is below the eligible level for Breeding
* A Vehicle in the process of leveling up
* A Vehicle listed for sale on Market

You need XPER, PER, and Breeding Key items that match the Grades and Types of the Parent Vehicles.

Example 1: when you use a Normal Sedan Vehicle and an Elite Off-road Vehicle as Parents for Breeding, you need a Normal Sedan Key and Elite Off-road Key.

Example 2: when you use a Rare Sedan Vehicle and another Rare Sedan as Parents, you need two Rare Sedan Keys.

When the Breeding is complete, you get a Vehicle Box (and you do not lose the Parent Vehicles). The Vehicle Box has the following properties:

<table><thead><tr><th width="179">Property</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Grade</td><td><p>Vehicle Boxes are divided into five Grades: Normal, Rare, Elite, Epic, and Ultimate.</p><p>The higher the Grades of Parent Vehicles, the more likely it is that a higher Grade Box will appear.</p></td></tr><tr><td>Polished</td><td><p>Some Vehicle Boxes are prefixed with Polished.</p><p>The higher the Parent Vehicle’s Breed Count<br>(the cumulative number of times it has been used as a Parent prior to this Breeding), the more likely the Box has the Polished property.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

When you open a Vehicle Box, you get a new Vehicle. You don’t know information about the Vehicle until you open the Box. Newly minted Vehicles can inherit the properties of their Parents with a certain probability.

<table><thead><tr><th width="187">Property</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Grade</td><td>Determined by the Grade and Polished properties of the Vehicle Box. If the Box is of a higher Grade and Polished, it is more likely that a higher Grade Vehicle will appear.</td></tr><tr><td>Type</td><td>The new Vehicle will probably follow one of its Parent’s Vehicle Types, but it is not guaranteed, and sometimes a Vehicle of a different Type may appear. Sports Vehicles are set to appear less likely than other Types due to their high performance and rarity.</td></tr><tr><td>Gem Socket color</td><td>The new Vehicle’s Gem Socket colors would likely be selected from those of the Parents with a high chance, but it is not guaranteed, and some Sockets may have a different color.</td></tr></tbody></table>

The breeding cost is determined by 1) the base cost and 2) the additional cost based on the number of breeding attempts.

1. Base Cost\
   The cost is different for each parent depending on their grade during breeding.

| Grade  |  XPER |  PER  |
| ------ | :---: | :---: |
| Normal |  600  |  300  |
| Rare   | 1,000 |  500  |
| Elite  | 1,600 |  800  |
| Epic   | 4,400 | 2,200 |

* If the grades of the parent cars are Epic and Normal, respectively, the total base cost is 5,000 XPER and 2,500 PER.

2. Additional Cost Based on the Number of Breeding Attempts\
   An additional cost is applied based on the total number of breeding attempts of both parents.

<table><thead><tr><th width="251">Total number</th><th align="center">XPER</th><th align="center">PER</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td align="center">100</td><td align="center">50</td></tr><tr><td>2</td><td align="center">200</td><td align="center">100</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td align="center">300</td><td align="center">150</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td align="center">400</td><td align="center">200</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td align="center">500</td><td align="center">250</td></tr><tr><td>6</td><td align="center">600</td><td align="center">300</td></tr><tr><td>7</td><td align="center">700</td><td align="center">350</td></tr><tr><td>8</td><td align="center">900</td><td align="center">450</td></tr><tr><td>9</td><td align="center">1,100</td><td align="center">550</td></tr><tr><td>10</td><td align="center">1,300</td><td align="center">650</td></tr><tr><td>11</td><td align="center">1,600</td><td align="center">800</td></tr><tr><td>12</td><td align="center">1,900</td><td align="center">950</td></tr><tr><td>13</td><td align="center">2,300</td><td align="center">1,150</td></tr><tr><td>14</td><td align="center">2,700</td><td align="center">1,350</td></tr></tbody></table>

# Evolution

<figure><img src="/files/MyBk7tFSBB7o6vprboOQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Evolution is the act of expending Four Vehicles of the same Grade in order to gain one Vehicle of a higher Grade.

To evolve, you must first select Four Vehicles of the same Grade from your inventory as Materials. You cannot select the following Vehicles as Materials:

* A Vehicle that has been minted less than 72 hours ago
* A Vehicle in the process of leveling up
* A Vehicle listed for sale on Market

You need XPER, PER, and Four Evolution Parts items that match the Grades of the Materials. For more detailed information about "Evolution Parts," please refer to the [\[Consumable\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/item/consumables) section.

Evolution Cost

<table><thead><tr><th width="165" align="center">NFT Grade</th><th width="161" align="center">NFT</th><th width="96" align="center">XPER</th><th width="92" align="center">PER</th><th align="center">Evolution Booster</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center">Normal > Rare</td><td align="center">Normal NFT 4ea</td><td align="center">600</td><td align="center">1,200</td><td align="center">Normal Parts 4ea</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Rare > Elite</td><td align="center">Rare NFT 4ea</td><td align="center">2,500</td><td align="center">5,000</td><td align="center">Rare Parts 4ea</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Elite > Epic</td><td align="center">Epic NFT 4ea</td><td align="center">7,000</td><td align="center">14,000</td><td align="center">Elite Parts 4ea</td></tr></tbody></table>

When the Evolution is complete, the Four Vehicles you used as Materials disappear and you get one new Vehicle. The properties of the new Vehicle are influenced by those of the Materials used.

<table><thead><tr><th width="184">Property</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Grade</td><td>The new Vehicle will always have one Grade higher than the Materials. However, when evolving a top-tier grade car, you will obtain a car of the same grade.</td></tr><tr><td>Type</td><td>Will be chosen among the Types of the Materials. Therefore, if all four Material Vehicles are of the same Type, the evolved Vehicle will always be of that Type.</td></tr><tr><td>Gem Socket color</td><td>The first gem socket color of the new NFT is determined by selecting one of the first gem socket colors among the four material NFTs. The second, third, and fourth gem socket colors are also determined by the same rule. For example, if all four gem sockets of the first material NFTs are red, the first gem socket of the Evolving NFT will be red without exception.</td></tr></tbody></table>

\#Example 1 - Probability based on Material NFT Type

<table><thead><tr><th width="96" align="center">NFT 1</th><th width="105" align="center">NFT 2</th><th width="103" align="center">NFT 3</th><th width="97" align="center">NFT 4</th><th align="center">Result</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center">SUV</td><td align="center">Off-Road</td><td align="center">Off-Road</td><td align="center">Sports</td><td align="center">SUV 25% / Off-Road 50% / Sports 25%</td></tr></tbody></table>

NFTs born through Evolution bear the 'Evolved' insignia, and the number of Stat Points acquired during level-ups differs from that of regular NFTs.

|      NFT      | Stat Point |
| :-----------: | :--------: |
|      Rare     |      6     |
|     Elite     |      8     |
|  Evolved Rare |      7     |
| Evolved Elite |      9     |

Some of the Vehicles minted through Evolution are given a Plus (+) Mark. The Plus Mark is a very special and powerful property that can only be earned through Evolution.

Vehicles with a Plus Mark have a special Gem Socket of rainbow color in addition to the four basic Gem Sockets. A Rainbow Gem Socket can be freely mounted with a Gem of any color, and the Gem in the Rainbow Socket will have a twice effect value than the original one.

The probability of having a Plus Mark is determined by the following:

* Number of Vehicles with a Plus Mark among the Materials\
  For each of the four Materials NFTs that possesses a Plus Mark, an additional 2.5% is added. Therefore, if all four Materials NFTs have a Plus Mark, there is an additional maximum probability of 10%.
* Total Breed Count of the Materials\
  The probability of obtaining an additional Plus Mark increases based on the Breed Count of the NFTs being used as materials, with a maximum bonus probability of 10%.

# Gem Upgrade

<figure><img src="/files/XEacTM70QFFoQsAVfjHi" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Upgrading a Gem is the act of spending three identical Gems to gain a Gem of one level higher. The three Material Gems must be identical in color, effect, and level.

You need XPER and PER for a Gem Upgrade.

The result of a Gem Upgrade will be either a success or a failure.

<table><thead><tr><th width="157">Result</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Sucess</td><td>The three Material Gems are spent and you gain a Gem that is one level higher than the Materials.</td></tr><tr><td>Failure</td><td>The three Material Gems are spent.</td></tr></tbody></table>

The probability of success is determined by the following:

* Level of Material Gems
* Whether the Upgrade Booster item was used

# Item

You can obtain items by opening Special Boxes rewarded through gameplay. Inside a Special Boxes, you can find XPER and various items.

These items play a vital role in breeding, evolving, leveling up, and restoring Vehicles. You can also opt to use specific items to enhance the results of Vehicle Evolution or Gem Upgrades. For further details, please refer to the next sections.

The table is based on SUV and sedan categories, with off-road and sports vehicles receiving a bonus that allows them to obtain a special box one level higher.

The table represents the minimum luck value needed to acquire a special box of a new level. Within this range, higher luck values increase the likelihood of obtaining a special box of a higher level.

## The types of items based on the level of the special box

In special boxes of level 6 or higher, if you fail to obtain the basic items determined by the above table, you can acquire one of the following bonus items: (Gems, Levels 1-3, Restoration Components, Normal to Elite, Level-Up Components, Normal to Elite)

# Gems

Gems are items that can be mounted in a Vehicle’s Gem Socket to boost its Stats.&#x20;

Typically, you can mount up to four Gems on a Vehicle. Each Vehicle has Gem Sockets of different colors. If you acquire a Plus-Marked Vehicle through Evolution, you can mount an additional Gem. For more information about the Plus Mark, please visit the [\[Evolution page\]](/perplay-whitepaper/game-fi/workshop/evolution).

There are eight types of Gems, categorized into four colors. You can only place a Gem in a Socket of the corresponding color.

<table><thead><tr><th width="124">Name</th><th width="105">Color</th><th>Effect When Mounted</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><mark style="color:red;">Speed(+)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:red;">Red</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Speed is increased by N.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:red;">Speed(%)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:red;">Red</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Speed is increased by N% of its Base Speed.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:green;">Luck(+)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:green;">Green</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Luck is increased by N.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:green;">Luck(%)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:green;">Green</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Luck is increased by N% of its Base Luck.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:yellow;">Yellow(+)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:yellow;">Yellow</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Energy is increased by N.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:yellow;">Yellow(%)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:yellow;">Yellow</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Energy is increased by N% of its Base Energy.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:blue;">Blue(+)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:blue;">Blue</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Durability is increased by N.</td></tr><tr><td><mark style="color:blue;">Blue(%)</mark></td><td><mark style="color:blue;">Blue</mark></td><td>The Vehicle’s Durability is increased by N% of its Base Durability.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1\) (+)type Gems

Mounting a (+)type Gem increases the corresponding Stat of the Vehicle by a set value. As these Gems consistently increase the same number, their effects remain constant regardless of the Vehicle’s original quality.

| Gem Level | Value (N) |
| --------- | --------- |
| 1         | 8         |
| 2         | 16        |
| 3         | 24        |
| 4         | 32        |
| 5         | 40        |
| 6         | 48        |
| 7         | 60        |
| 8         | 72        |
| 9         | 84        |
| 10        | 96        |

* Ex) If you mount a level 1 Speed (+) Gem on a Vehicle, its Speed increases by 8.

2\) (%)type Gems

Mounting a (%)type Gem increases the corresponding Bast Stat of the Vehicle by a fixed percentage. Note that the percentage increase does not consider the Stats enhanced by Stat Point distribution. As a result, Vehicles with higher Base Stats benefit more from (%)type Gems.

| Gem Level | Value (N%) |
| --------- | ---------- |
| 1         | 30%        |
| 2         | 60%        |
| 3         | 90%        |
| 4         | 120%       |
| 5         | 150%       |
| 6         | 180%       |
| 7         | 220%       |
| 8         | 260%       |

* Ex) If you mount a level 1 Speed (%) Gem on a Vehicle with Base Speed 50, its Speed increases by 15 (which is 30% of 50).

3\) Gem Upgrade (That part contains unfixed numbers. Success rate and Upgrade Booster is under reviewing until release date of Pre-OBT)

By combining three Gems of the same color, effect, and level, you can attempt to upgrade them. A successful Upgrade yield a Gem of the next level.

* Ex) if you upgrade three level 1 Speed (%) Gems and succeed, you obtain a level 2 Speed (%) Gem. If the Upgrade fails, the three Material Gems are lost.

The success rate varies depending on the level of the gem being upgraded. Adding a regular upgrade booster item increases the success rate by 20%, while adding a super upgrade booster item increases it by 50%. You cannot use both the regular and super booster items at the same time — only one can be used.

The table below provides the Upgrade success rates without a Booster and the required token costs.

| Gem Level | Success Rate | XPER Cost | PER Cost |
| --------- | ------------ | --------- | -------- |

# Tokenomics: A Sustainable and Deflationary Model

PERPLAY’s tokenomics are designed to create a balanced and sustainable ecosystem where the demand for tokens continually outpaces supply. The dual-token system—$PER (governance token) and $XPER (utility token)—ensures seamless economic activity while preventing inflationary risks through continuous token burning mechanisms.

## Dual-Token Model

### **$XPER - The Utility Token**

$XPER serves as the primary in-game utility token with an unlimited supply. However, all $XPER spent within the platform is permanently burned on a daily basis from the Spending Account, creating a natural deflationary effect.

**Earning** **Mechanics**:

* Game & Earn
* Special Box
* Game Event

**Burning** **Mechanics**:

* NFT Level-Up
* NFT Breeding
* NFT Evolution
* NFT Repair
* NFT Restore
* GEM Upgrade
* Special Box Opening
* Miscellaneous in-game activities

### **$PER - The Governance Token**

$PER is the governance token of PERPLAY, with a maximum supply of 5,000,000,000 tokens. Initially, the total supply was issued at 5 billion, and all $PER spent within the platform is burned until the Ecosystem & Fund allocation falls below 500,000,000 $PER.

**Earning Mechanics:**

* Special Game Play & Earn
* PER Item Selling

**Burning Mechanics:**

* Leveling up to a specific level
* High-Level GEM Upgrade
* NFT Breeding
* NFT Evolution
* Miscellaneous in-game activities

## Deflationary Token Mechanism

A key feature of PERPLAY’s tokenomics is its deflationary model. Tokens are actively consumed and permanently burned through various in-game economic activities, such as:

* NFT Management & Upgrades – Users spend $PER to manage, upgrade, and enhance their NFTs.
* Breeding & Production – Players use $PER tokens to create and evolve new NFTs.
* In-Platform Purchases – Tokens can be used for acquiring in-game items and exclusive features.

This deflationary mechanism ensures a continuous reduction in circulating supply, leading to long-term token value appreciation.

## Transparent Token Burn Data

* Cumulative Mined Tokens: 27,943,497 $PER (as of December 1, 2024)
* Cumulative Burned Tokens: 38,891,330 $PER (as of December 1, 2024)

As more game companies join PERPLAY and more users engage with the ecosystem, the amount of burned tokens continues to increase, reinforcing a sustainable economic model.

## Stable and Growth-Driven Token Supply

Unlike traditional in-game currencies, $PER is not minted indefinitely. Instead, its issuance is directly linked to the platform’s revenue model, where game publishers allocate marketing budgets to PERPLAY. The flow of tokens follows a self-sustaining cycle:

1. More game companies advertise on PERPLAY
2. More tokens are distributed as rewards
3. More users engage with the platform
4. Users spend $PER within the ecosystem, reducing total supply

This model ensures a steady demand for $PER while preventing excessive supply inflation.

## $PER Distribution and Allocation

| Category            | Amount        |
| ------------------- | ------------- |
| Private Sale        | 500,000,000   |
| Launchpad / KOL     | 400,000,000   |
| Liquidity           | 500,000,000   |
| Treasury            | 500,000,000   |
| Advisor             | 100,000,000   |
| Team                | 800,000,000   |
| Airdrop / Community | 500,000,000   |
| Ecosystem & Fund    | 1,700,000,000 |

## Long-Term Value & Economic Growth

As the number of users grows, the demand for $PER naturally increases. Tokens already in circulation are reintegrated into the ecosystem and continuously burned, reinforcing a deflationary effect that:

* Enhances the financial health of the PERPLAY ecosystem
* Drives up the token’s long-term value
* Ensures a sustainable reward economy

By combining strong utility, continuous token burning, and a revenue-backed supply model, PERPLAY has built a robust tokenomics structure that supports both long-term platform sustainability and user incentives.

## T**he Next-generation Marketing Platform for Game Companies** <a href="#c61f" id="c61f"></a>

“We need to get users for our new game, but the ad costs are really expensive.”

“There aren’t that many advertising channels, and even with targeting, the results prove to be ineffective.”

“Even if we spend a lot of budget to attract users, the repeat visit rates are low, and there are no paying users.”<br>

<figure><img src="/files/UfAdI6sfX33MUt582gVV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This is a common pain point for most game marketing managers, regardless of which part of the world they’re from. In today’s marketing trend where outcomes are measured based on numbers, there aren’t many advertising channels available to acquire users. It’s impossible to do branding campaigns, such as portal search ads, subways, buses, newspapers, TV, etc that are not related to the cost or actual user acquisition figures. Even with optimized algorithms and AI targeting, the marketing results just prove to be ineffective. Basically, advertising costs are being spent on users who have no interest in the game being advertised.

Naturally, the cost per user acquisition based on downloads (CPI) can only increase, and there are many hurdles to be overcome to connect it to overall Lifetime Value (LTV), including CPA, repeat visits, in-game purchases, etc.

Many people say that YouTube, Netflix, and various in-app ads are cost-effective. But what can we do? All users who spend money on these media are premium service members with no-ads subscriptions. The bottom line is those game ads are only exposed to non-paying users or users who are only willing to consume free content. Generally, these ads may increase download figures in the short term, but they are very difficult to lead to sales in the long run.

So where are those users who are actually interested in downloading and playing our game, and at the same time can become paying users that can increase sales?

**The Answer: Next-Generation Game Marketing Platform PERPLAY**

PERPLAY is a platform where real users download games and can mine tokens only if they play games. PERPLAY for Biz is a 100% targeting UA marketing platform that utilizes PERPLAY’s user attributes.

<figure><img src="/files/ugO7fbCQssj4FVxbIhYq" alt=""><figcaption><p>PERPLAY for Biz sample dashboard</p></figcaption></figure>

Unlike traditional advertising campaigns, PERPLAY provides a system to game companies where they can utilize their marketing budgets to compensate users who actually enjoy their games. Game companies can choose various attributes such as user’s region, age, preferred genre, and play patterns, and can execute a variety of reward systems for game activity such as membership registration, attendance check, playtime, level achievement, and mission achievement. More importantly, fraudulent activity can be eliminated since the PERPLAY system is designed to issue rewards based on 100% user manual action only.

For example, if a user joins the game mid-campaign, he or she will be given 1 $PER for downloading the game and another 1 $PER for signing up. Depending on how the game company chooses to run the campaign, they can additionally reward users 1 $PER for 10 minutes worth of daily gameplay and another 1 $PER for 1 week of consecutive gameplay, giving users a total of 10 $PER tokens within that period. From the game company’s perspective, these are efficient results — you secure new users and achieve a 7-day retention rate of 100%.

The method is straightforward and does not require an extensive background on coins, tokens, or blockchain. The game company’s person-in-charge can directly access the PERPLAY for Biz dashboard and set the number, duration, user attributes, and adjust their budget just as they would when implementing an advertising campaign through a marketing agency. Currently, PERPLAY for Biz is actively collaborating with partners in various fields such as game companies, marketing, and advertising agencies.

**PERPLAY for Biz brings a new paradigm to the future of the game advertising**

Through PERPLAY for Biz, users can take part in a GameFi ecosystem that has stable and sustainable tokenomics, which is unlike existing Ponzi-like P2E project schemes that do not have external fund sources aside from the investment of new users.

Game companies can now create an opportunity to communicate directly with their game users, without having to shell out huge marketing costs for advertising campaigns that are unable to provide refined targeting and only produce bogus statistics.

PERPLAY will continue to lend both ears and openly communicate as we move to become a bridgehead between a) companies that develop and service games and; b) users who play games so that they can coexist and create a desirable game ecosystem.

# Ecosystem

The goal of the PERPLAY team isn’t just making another P2E project where the goal is to make a profit or make one specific game successful.\
Our ultimate goal is to make a platform that we can be proud of, a platform that redefines the global game ecosystem by recognizing the inherent value of game users and reinvesting the profits back to those precious users that are integral to the operation of the ecosystem.

* **Marketing & Eco Fund**\
  PERPLAY is designed in a way that allows both the game users and game companies to coexist together in harmony. Through direct and indirect investment and support for well-made games, we aim to encompass downloads, gameplay, and rewards for playing games into one circulatory structure so that users and game companies can benefit from each other.\
  \
  PERPLAY's boosting program ensures the influx of valuable game users. Additionally, through PERPLAY's unique globally-designed ecosystem and user reinvestment program, game developers can acquire a solid loyal fanbase that will continue to support their game.\
  \
  In order to maintain the health of the ecosystem, PERPLAY operates a marketing fund and an eco-fund. Every month, PERPLAY will select notable games from small and medium-sized indie game companies and pay $PER to genuine users who play the game.\
  \
  Through this system, game companies can secure real game playing users who are serious about gaming, and in return, users can gain access to excellent games they otherwise wouldn’t have had the chance to play.<br>
* **Social contribution**\
  At PERPLAY, we strongly believe that games are an important part of a global culture that leads the new economy in an increasingly virtual world.\
  As the most cost-effect form of entertainment, games are the most popular content that can transcend personal discrimination, disabilities, age, gender, and regional and environmental differences.\
  \
  PERPLAY’s goal is to be a project that wholeheartedly contributes to the development of a game culture revolution.\
  To aid in this case, a portion of PERPLAY's profits will be used to support various social causes such as accessibility support for the disabled, support for the culturally underprivileged, game addiction treatment, gaming scholarships, and the continued promotion of a healthy and happy gaming culture.
